HOW WE DO LAUNDRY
We developed our Wash-Dry-Fold laundry service to replace or supplement the washing, drying, and folding you might otherwise do in your home or in a laundromat. We can accommodate almost any special preferences for your laundry such as detergent, water temperature, tumble dry temperature, and air-drying your clothes.
Our Wash-Dry-Fold laundry service is safe for your clothes, removes dirt and odors, and your clothes are returned to you neatly folded and packaged so that they can easily be put away.

We start by separating your laundry into lights and darks. From there, we load the separated laundry into your own designated, sanitized front-load washing machine that gently agitates your laundry to loosen dirt and odors. We use a scent-free biodegradable detergent that is safe for both light and dark laundry. We promptly remove your clothes from the washer when the cycle is done.

Next, we dry your laundry in your own, separate designated tumble dryer. We time the dryer cycle so to immediately remove your clothes to minimize wrinkling. At your request, we are able to air-dry any items in your load of laundry.

When your laundry is completely dry, we transfer it to a designated sanitized folding table. As part of our folding process, we match your socks; fold your shirts, sweaters, and sweatshirts sleeves-in square style; and hand-press your pants.

Finally, when all the laundry is folded it is time to package your clothes for delivery. The first step in packaging is to group like-items. An example is keeping all shirts together, all socks together, and all gym clothes together. This allows us to package your laundry in a way that can be easily put away in your home. Your laundry is packaged in disposable, leak-free plastic bags to maintain maximum sanitation and keep the elements out. The plastic bag is then placed in an eco-friendly paper bag with handles to allow for easy carrying.
HOW WE DRY CLEAN

Our dry cleaning process is thoughtfully designed to achieve what we call the Triple Aim: gentle on your garments, tough on stains and odors, and friendly to the environment. We follow a seven-step process that we vigorously train to our dry cleaning staff for consistent results.

Sorting and Inspection: We examine each individual garment that we pick-up from you. We observe the garment’s care instructions, scour for stains, note necessary repairs and weaknesses in the fiber, identify potential issues with embellishments or dyes, ensure the garment can be safely dry cleaned, and contact you if there are any special circumstances with your garment. Lastly we sort and separate garments for the best dry cleaning results.

Tagging: After we inspect your items, we carefully attach a numbered tag that stays on your garment throughout the whole dry cleaning process to ensure your clothes are accounted for and identified as yours.

Pretreatment: We identify stains and pre-treat them with an eco-friendly solvent to loosen stain and odor molecules for easy separation from the garment during dry cleaning.

Dry Cleaning: Garments are placed in a fresh, water-free dry cleaning solvent inside a large machine that resembles a front-loading home washing machine. The machine gently agitates your garment to loosen and separate dirt and odor. Our dry cleaning solvent is non-hazardous to your garment, safe for our staff, and non-toxic to the environment.

Post Spotting: We use steam, water, air, and vacuum to remove any additional stains that remain after the dry cleaning process.

Finishing: Pressing, steaming, ironing, and making any necessary repairs to restore the garment to like-new condition. In this step, we inspect and replace any missing or broken buttons.

Quality Assurance and Packaging: This is the final step before your garments are delivered to you. We examine every garment to ensure that it is clean, any additional work has been completed, and it has been finished to our promised standard.
